So, I toppled over on my bike today

I adjusted my seat height, tried to swing my leg over and massively failed. rescued me and took me to the ER. I was wearing a helmet, did not hit my head and was fine except for the 20 stitches. Photos under the cut. Warning: the wound is bloody and gruesome.
